I really leaned into my style and weirdness on this one. 😆 

I initially started sketching all these cutesy ideas and they all just felt too...I don't know...saccharin and sweet. It just wasn't me. 🤷‍♀️ And I wasn't enjoying it... So I let go of trying to make my art fit some preconceived notion of what it "should be", and focused on finding the fun in making the art. 

Once I stumbled upon these characters through my sketching, they just made me laugh because they're so...odd lol. And that laughter and joy, to me, is a good sign that you're on the right track.
