You need to help Eco save the planet as the two of you journey to make sure that we all live in a garbage- and waste-free planet! I hope to teach the young ones and even the adults that our garbage largely contribute to the pollution of our oceans. All assets of the game are made by yours truly and coded using PlayCanvas

Prologue
Cigarette butts, food wrappers, and plastic bottles are among the top garbages and wastes found in our environment and coastal areas. Eco needs your help. Together with Eco, you embark on a journey to save our dirty and polluted planet! Are you ready to help Eco?
Character Design
At first, I thought of making a more futuristic style for the whole game. More on something robotic, futuristic, vibrant, and many overlapping colors. But then, I figured out that the style I was going for will be too difficult for me to execute.
After realizing that, I tried a more two-dimentional style using a different set of color palette. I was satisfied with the design so, I continued doing the whole game following this color and style.
Element Design
After pushing through with the new style and palette, I continued working with other elements inclusing the trash and some coins. Focused less on the details since they’ll be very small in the game interface. What’s more important is that players will still understand what it is even I shrink it down.
Environment Design
Understanding and knowing the whole style makes it easier to continue the whole project. I made the environment look like an island setting where there are blue barriers scattered around and serves as barriers for the maze.
Coding with PlayCanvas
After finishing all the visual elements, I imported the files to PlayCanvas and started coding the game.
So, this is my first time using PlayCanvas and my skills in coding are also very basic. Tried following our lessons and did my best to come up and finish this simple game.
