This logo was commissioned by the United Nations Association of Spain for its Human Rights of Women platform.
This icon has been created using a 5x10 square grid. This gives it a harmonious appearance and strong lines and angles that give the brand sobriety.
Sobriety and seriousness are brand attributes that may be desirable when dealing with sensitive issues such as this one.
In turn, the grid allows us to reduce the size of this icon without losing any quality, this being very useful when it comes to a brand to be used on digital media.
The icon of this brand, apparently random, is based on the identifying hieroglyph of the Egyptian Greco-Roman goddess Isis.
Isis was one of the most important goddesses of these pantheons, remaining a central religious figure for nearly 3,000 years. Isis embodied the feminine side of the divinity, she was the protective goddess of the innocent, goddess of pain, life, motherhood and goddess of women.
Because of this role, her figure transcended religion and remained a symbolic figure in the folklore of various cultures, always linked to the figure of women and protection between women.
This icon brings an imperceptible wink of symbolism to the brand.
