Not so long ago I had a call from Jessica to film a course about mindfulness for Brazilian startup company Kikos Fit. The course is divided into 4 chapters with 40 videos in total. This introduction is a kind of summary of what the course speaks about, the daily routine, connection with nature, and how to start practicing it.
