Peter J Jones Manitoba, is an entrepreneur and environmentalist who completed his post-doctoral fellowship in Human Nutrition at the University of Chicago. He is a member of the Canadian Nutrition Society as well as the American Society for Nutrition and the current President of NFH—Nutritional Fundamentals for Health Inc. From 2016 to 2018, he was a distinguished professor at the University of Manitoba in the Department of Food and Human Nutritional Sciences.
