Product Development - Tech Pack

This moodboard shows the development process of my Y2 (Term 3) project. Market and Trend Research were considered concluding with a Trend Concept, as well as a thorough Tech pack and size chart.
Upgraded basics, adaptable details and comfort. Designs with an inclusive mindset, long-lasting appeal, intelligent, durable and life-enhancing products made for all.
The sports top has been developed for Patagonia with a 59% Umorfil ® N6U 34% Umorfil ® T composition blend. It has stripe jacquard detailing to trap warm air, wick moisture, dry fast and ensure breathability. The top has been given a 3D coating technology that can impart zonal durability, ventilation, and stretch to enhance the comfort. This has been focused down the spine, strengthening especially the lumbar to provide posture support when moving.
The Technical Sports Top will be close fitted, to allow sufficient pressure to be applied to the body so that the printed support will be effective. Sizes supplied from XS to XL, making the product more accessible for a wide range of consumers.
A lightweight and breathable shirt. 25% of the blend is umorfil beauty fibre which is a fibre that is made from recycled fish scales and a viscose fibre thats 100% biodegradable the remaining composition of the garment is hemp and organic cotton.
Creating a loose, functional fit but still maintaining a flattering silhouette and optimal comfort. The strength and rigidity of the material will prevent the item becoming mis-shapen or flowing in an unflattering way. Patagonia provides sizes from extra small up to extra large, encouraging a wide demographic.
