Personal Sketchbook: Color

These are my colored drawings of whatever I was feeling in the moment. The 1st and 5th drawings were inspired by stained glass windows. The first is just a hill with the sky and sun. The fifth one is a sunset on the sea. This one is more inspired by those stained-glass window images in Disney princess movies, like the one in Beauty and the Beast.
The second image is a flame from a torch. This is supposed to symbolize the light at the end of the tunnel at the end of a difficult task. The bigger the flame, the bigger the reward.
The third image is a hand creating different colored smoke. The colored smoke all comes from the same color of nail polish. This is supposed to symbolize how all people are the same. We all technically come from Africa, so being racist against African Americans, Asians, and other peoples of the world is being racist towards yourself. We are all the same and different in many ways, so you should not be prejudiced.
The fourth image is a rendition of the LGBTQ+ pride flag. I have people all over the spectrum in my family, so I am a big supporter of being yourself.
The last drawing is a yin yang of the day and night in three images. If I were to paint this, it would be three canvases placed next to each other. The red background has no significance, it was just used to contrast the paintings to be able to see them better.
