SHOWER AND PLANTS
A primeira vista ao sair da sala de estar é composta pelas plantas e pela ducha, cujos limites foram estabelecidos pelo painel ripado na parede e no piso.
The first things on sight past the living room are the plants and the shower, whose limits are established by the slatted panel on the wall and floor.
Os vasos escuros valorizam as plantas, que devem ser o destaque. Eles são feitos em materiais que permitem firmeza para que não sejam derrubados pelo vento.
The vases are in dark colors to appreciate the plants, which should be the highlight. They're made of materials that allow firmness, so they won't be knocked over by the wind.
O revestimento da parede é pedra filetada em tons cinzentos, dando um contraste harmônico com os tons amadeirados. Foi inserida uma proteção em vidro temperado transparente para dar mais segurança, atendendo uma demanda do projeto, impedindo a ação do vento sem interferir na vista.
The wall is coated with filletted stone in gray tones, providing a harmonic contrast with the woody tones. There's a transparent tempered glass protection to provide more safety, which is a project demand, protecting from the wind without interfering with the view.
ÁREA DE SERVIÇOS
LAUNDRY
Ao lado da porta da sala, foi feita a área de serviços oculta em armários, para uma melhor composição com o restante da área externa. A cor verde dos armários se harmoniza com os tons amadeirados e de cinza.
Next to the living room door, the laundry is hidden in cabinets for a better composition with the whole external area. The green color of the cabinets harmonizes with the woody and gray tones.
Para minimizar os danos causados pelas chuvas, os armários são feitos em material resistente à intempéries e há um pergolado sobre esta área.
To minimize damages caused by the rain, the cabinets are made of weather resistant material and there's a pergola over this area.
As luminárias hermeticamente seladas são instaladas no teto.
The hermetically sealed luminaires are installed on the ceiling.
ÁREA GOURMET
GOURMET AREA
A primeira vista da área gourmet é a ilha, que é um componente funcional. Nela, há uma pia que permite um melhor fluxo na preparação de refeições. O pergolado da área de serviços e o vidro sobre o guarda-corpo se estendem até a área gourmet, garantindo maior área protegida pela chuva e unidade estética, que também é garantida pelos armários e pelo painel ripado.
The first on sight in the gourmet area is the island, which is a function component. In it, there's a sink that allows a better flow in the preparation of meals. The pergola in the laundry and the glass over the guardrail extend to the gourmet area ensuring a greater area protected from the rain and aesthetic unity, which is also guaranteed by the cabinets and the slatted panel.
A iluminação geral é feita aproveitando o teto de alvenaria, assim como na área de serviços, utilizando luminárias de sobrepor.
The general lightning uses the masonry ceiling, just like the laundry, with superimposing lamps.
