20in X 30in event poster for Golden Gate Park Events at San Francisco. The core of this project is to manipulate text in a way to create a clear systematic organization with hierarchy. If done well, the reader should easily understand all the information on the poster. I approach this project with a modular grid to create an organized space. Within each space I fine tuned the hierarchy to have the most important information more visible as well as with the overall poster. Serif typeface Menlo and san serif typeface Proxima Nova to pair for legibly and a clean aesthetic. The colors of the poster are to emulate the fall season. The arch gives an elegance touch while drawing the attention to the center. The sparkle is to create visual interest and make the poster more dynamic.
