Snaily Did It!
This project was the 1st part of my university Graduation Project intended to encourage people with disabilities to be proud as a human beings despites having disabilities.
Snaily Did It! is a one-of-a-kind children's storybook dedicated to children with learning difficulties and their parents or caretakers. This book was created hopes to encourage children with learning difficulties to be proud as a human being whilst to help educate the parents or caretakers to understand better about their child and the values that has inside them. The story features the challenges faced by children with learning difficulties and how they succeed despite encountering various challenges. In a meantime, side notes to parents were added at the bottom page of each scenarios that allows parents to read and spark conversation with their child.
Synopsis
Snaily was born with difficulties in learning. He faces various challenges and difficulties in the academic field everyday. He may not be good at learning or sports but he loves to draw. Despites having difficulties in learning, that doesn’t stop him from chasing his dream to become an artist.
