AXO CHAIR by Mabel Design
Born from a one night stand concept. It is a chair in laminated plywood.
The wooden slabs have been curved to obtain the desired shape of the chair.

It consists of two parts, the rear one which is responsible for the stability of the seat, while the front part consists of the backrest, seat and front base.
To increase the contrast, the chair is cut diagonally in the opposite way in its two parts.
The base is covered with a matte black foil, while the front is designed in dark wood, like walnut one.

Everything was drawn in solidworks and illustrator.
