This case was about the user persona for the e-bikes and to make a customer journey map. My decision for the persona was a older retired man, who likes to enjoy he's freetime by traveling around citys. Therefor he needs a smart e-bike which easy to travel around with. The journey map is described in phases, and it goes through the steps for what our persona thinks about every touch point.
