UX design (user experience) is the process design teams use to create products that provide a relevant experience to the user. This involves the design of idealizing an ideal customer and thinking about the entire process of thinking of acquiring an product until its purchase. 

The persona was made based on a possible e-bike customer, and the customer journey map described a possible scenario and the thinking process of the customer when buying a product. This leads to possible touchpoints that showcase how the process could be improved, both online and relating to logistics of the company itself.
