As a committed scholar and teacher, Lisa Brooks PhD has spent her life in pursuit of knowledge. Her efforts have been rewarded with many awards, including a Guggenheim Fellowship. She lectures, researches, and writes, and her book, Our Beloved Kin: A New History of King Philip’s War, won the Bancroft Prize for American History and Diplomacy.
