This is a mock - movie poster based on research I did on the problem of homelessness in America in today's day and age. During my research I found this mother and daughter, Allia and Kasha. The story follows them and how they both live in a homeless shelter in Harlem, New York during the first wave of the Covid-19 pandemic. It follows them and their struggle to find a good place to find wifi for Allia to do her online school work. This story really hit close to home and I knew I had to make them the focal point of this project.
