I was inspired by a Ted Talk by Gabor Mate titled 'The Power of Addiction and The Addiction of Power'

Gabor Mate is a Canadian physician and in his talk one of his stories really stuck with me because I never knew a habit could be so intense. He shared that he once spent nearly 8,000 dollars on classical music and once left a women in labour to buy classical music. His habit of shopping became an addiction.
He made me start to question:
