Creating a space where citizens get the freedom of speech which they long waited for using elements of their atmosphere to design not only the form and exterior of the building but also the experience they get when they enter by linking the parts of the building in a way that imitate their perfected craft of weaving to inspire the connection and unity between eachother and between them and the government.
