Happy Tails is a coloring book series portraying select true-life stories of shelter dogs. Beneath the story-line lies the issues animal shelters and rescue leagues are currently facing with over-population, and low budgets. These books also show the positive side of the hard work and dedication of the people behind the scenes, bringing rescued pets and families together.
