CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST
Tyler the creator recently released his 6th studio album "Call Me If You Get Lost" a true hip-hop masterpeice already and just like every other Tyler's album, in this one also he creates his own universe with its own characters, aesthetics, storyline and enviroment. Tyler's music has always been a patchwork of ever-increasing palettes, and CMIYGL is his most complex to date. Recurring tricks are masterfully melded into new templates. The result is a dense, kaleidoscopic album that might take a lot of time to fully unpick, but clearly isn’t going to diminish in quality if you do so.
GOLF LE FLEUR x NIKE
So with new album comes the new merch, therefore I wanted to create a concept merch idea for Tyler's new album. But I took the opportunity to expand and experiment it with a Concept Idea of Tyler's fashion label Golf Le Fleur collaborating with Nike to come up with the merch. This whole project is about that only. Sneakers, T-shirts, Cardigans, Accessories all a combined collection of merch that could be offered to anyone who enters in this newly made universe of Tyler's.
To finish this project I finally made the packaging box and handbag that would be compliment the branding of the entire collection. The branding boxes could itself be a merch. While I was working on this project several ideas came through my mind to give side line accessories that will compliment the collection more such as figurines or custom figure dolls that could be dressed up with various miniature garments based on the fashion aesthetics of the entire album. Although I wasn't able to pull it off as of now, since I also give myself a time limit to have some sort of restriction, but that was quite a fun working on this project. Hope yall enjoy too :)
