One of the sisters from Maiava Motions approached me to help them create a logo for their production company. The company is run by 4 siblings who are passionate videos creators.
The design is based on a wrist tattoo that they all share. The tattoo is a band that wraps around their wrists with traditional Samoan motifs with the main element being the 4 fishes which represents each sibling. I took the fish symbols and made that the focal point of the design with the encircling motif representing the rim of a camera's lens.
