I've done a lot of traveling over the past few years, but it was finally nice to go home and visit the closest park to where I grew up. Since I had only been there once when I was young, it was amazing to be able to enjoy it it as an adult and over a much longer period of time. Even though we arrived just prior to the season open, it was still absolutely beautiful and Bar Harbor has to be up there as one of the best National Park Towns! Looking forward to heading back soon, as 5 days just isn't enough to see everything in this awesome area! Maybe someday, I will be able to call New England home again and make regular visits to hike, climb, kayak, and explore Acadia more! Thanks for stopping by and hope you enjoy the pictures!
