This was work I did in Photoshop. The assignment was to do a figure study, so I chose to do a study of my Jason figurine. His figure has some really nice textures to it, so it was fun playing around with lighting and texture for this assignment. I chose a different colour palette as a challenge, instead of just using colours from the photo. It was very important to balance fun bright colours, but also have Jason appear eerie and unsettling at the same time. Below is the original image I used for reference.

This was an Illustrator assignment I did while taking my graphic design course. The instruction was to create a superhero character. This was a fun way to exercise using the pathfinder tool to make shapes to create the illusion of depth.

This illustration was created for a conceptualization assignment. The goal for this assignment was to take two things that contrast each other, and mix them together. I decided to take Edgar Allan Poe and mix him with the fashion style called Scene. I thought it would be fun to draw, as well as possibly be comical to some to see Poe dressed as an early 2000's teenager.
