Series of Stages for creating this April Fool's character.

The started with a sketch and scanned into Clip Studio Paint.

The sketch was placed on a separate layer with a color layer on top.

The coloring was done on top of the black line art. Using the Multiply Mode. 

Additional colors were added throughout the image.

I used a separate layer and selected the Color mode adjust my tone balance.

I finished the coloring by adding a color layer on top to add a soften filter.
