We are not a brand collection, but instead a collection of brands. A collection of upper-upscale independent hotels, and each with their own 'exactly like nothing else' story to tell. The following is a Customer Experience project for a new all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean, developing experience principles and concepts that support Autograph Collection's brand positioning.
