Hesse, a pioneer of the postminimalist art movement of the 1960s, began suffering from creative block and self-doubt shortly after moving from New York to Germany with her husband. She reached out to her friend for counsel and consolation."

This experimental artist book explores the voices of these artists with the support of Robert Smith's lyrics for Doing The Unstuck. Each page displays handset typography with analog methods of construction. The zine is printed on parchment paper that progressively changes colors throughout the piece.
