The Content Factory is a creative hub, a film and photo studio, and an event location - all in one. In cooperation with RKW Architektur, we developed and implemented a conversion concept for an industrial hall within the company's existing real estate portfolio.
Steeped in industrial-loft-style atmosphere, we created fully equipped production rooms, a styling and make-up studio, workspaces, and an event area with its own bar. The Factory represents the ideal backdrop for Henkel's creative work - it's a multi-functional space designed to free minds and ideas in a relaxed lounge environment. And when it comes to developing creative concepts with professional photo shoots and post-production - well - it's all there under one roof. Not to mention the workspaces where the teams can develop entire campaigns in-house.
With product development, production, and marketing teams all working side by side, the Content Factory is a model for the fast, efficient workplace of the future. And what's more: it's a logical extension of Henkel's corporate spirit which is characterized by creativity and innovation.
