Brand restyling for Blink Consulting, a consultancy focused on human resources.
The idea was to keep the logo's main features and amplify them: using the i's dot to create a new visual ID. 

The new brand keeps a corporate look and feel but with a playful and humane mood, which positions the company closer to its target: people.
