When I met Arisha, aka Ms. In Stitches, she was frustrated that her schedule and income were being dictated by flaky, late-paying clients. With a more predictable business schedule, she would be able to make her future business plans a reality—hire assistants, develop and sell products, and offer sewing lessons and other educational services.

Together, we strategized new billing practices that made it easier for clients to pay in a more timely fashion and set up an online booking workflow that would lead to a booked-out (but not overbooked) schedule.

Now that Arisha has branding she is proud to show off, she is planning to roll out some new offers like sewing classes and a sewing kit subscription.
