Organik. was a group project I took part in last year with my friends for our final Graphic Design assignment for the semester. These are some of the spreads and cover versions I designed for our magazine.
This magazine was born with the idea of being a place for those who are in love with graphic design but are also willing to learn and put into practice new and environmentally safer techniques for their creations, having on hand a magazine that will not only inspire them but also give them exciting information to benefit from.
For the project, the requirement wasn't only to design the magazine's layout but to prepare and write the articles for it. For my article, my team and I stumbled upon Swedish graphic designer and art director Michael Thorsby, who kindly offered to participate in an interview and talk about his experience in the field and share sustainable practices within his designs. The interview spreads were also designed to showcase Michael's work for one of his clients, the clothing brand "Baserange".
I also worked on a couple of spreads that would be in between articles throughout the magazine.
