In this video, I, Dr. Manteris of  Broomfield Spine and Injury, will be talking about some effective ways for weight loss and what a typical day should be for you.
Your day will always start off with cardio on an empty stomach.
After your workout you’ll have your first meal after 30 minutes.
The rest of your day will be eating whole foods with low carbohydrates.
Your last meal should always be protein and vegetables with no carbohydrates.
Always try to do cardio 2x a day for effective weight loss.
Weight training is essential and can be done 3x in a week.
Set your goals right and don’t make it a scenario where you want to lose weight so you can look better. Make losing weight as a means to live a healthier life.
