Adobe Creative Jam is a competition between college students that challenges participants to develop innovative and visually appealing solutions.
We received the challenge on September 10. We worked on a group of 2 students and submitted the solution on September 18.

The Challenge:
"Design a tablet app (Android, Fire, iPad, etc) to provide a safe way for high school students (ages 13+) to #DiscoverDesign. This app should encourage students to:
• Discover what design is and how they interact with it every day
• Help them see the impact of good or bad design
• Encourage them to explore jobs/careers in design
• Inspire them to start their own career in design"

The Solution:
"Oficina is the perfect solution for young aspiring designers who wish to discover more about the exciting world of Design. This interactive platform provides many tools that will enhance high schoolers' knowledge and bring them the unique opportunity to learn, share and mentor their peers.
The vast library of lessons allows users to study at any time, whether alone or in groups, and it provides collaborative tools such as a virtual study room equipped with the lesson’s content, chat and whiteboard. The more lessons and quizzes a student complete, the better chances they have to be a mentor for other students.
Our app also features a glossary of terms related to design, a timeline with AR technology and a tool that provides information about careers and future education on the field – an exclusive partnership with our local universities and colleges. All this in a safe and engaging environment."
