CORE2291 Design Lab 1: Project 2 Illustrator Techniques
Illustrator Techniques project challenges my creativity and critical thinking when designing patterns and how patterns might be attractive to the viewer for advertisement.
I recreated the typography for the Coca Cola Logo by using Adobe Illustrator. The deliverables were the Coca Cola redraw Logo and the three personal exploration designs. The thee personal designs that i chose to create were a bubbles theme, a fireworks theme for the fourth of July, and lastly a Techno design. I learned time management, consistency, and patience while learning new tools and techniques to create a great design. I've had quite the experience in Illustrator, I use it more than any other Adobe program. After years you began to forget the hot keys and the function of the tools, it was basically a recap on the entire program. The shape builder tool was definitely an important tool to remember because it's simple and easy to use.
