Brief: Access to water and sanitation are basic services that are often overlooked in developed countries like Australia. However, during times of disasters, these essentials are pushed to its limits, often requiring additional effort and resources to recover.

All over the world, organisations are looking at ways to adapt to change and continually provide value and support to the people they serve. This is especially true for utility providers. It is important to respond appropriately but compassionately to disasters.

What kind of support should a water utility provide to communities during times of need? Design a service or experience a water utility could provide to users of their service during disasters.
