The "Сoncrete utopia" project is the result of my sudden passion, which manifested itself a year ago, which clarified my view of many things around me. Three well-known buildings are taken as a basis - part of the building of the Institute of Scientific and Technical Information, also known as "Plate" on Lybidskaya, the hotel "Salut" and Zhitniy Rinok. The main idea of ​​the project is to draw attention to the acute, in my opinion, problem of modern Ukraine. Due to the process of "decommunization" existing today, many objects of soviet modernism art are destroyed, although according to the law, this should not happen. In addition, due to the existing tendency to disdain everything related to the "soviet", unique works of architecture and monumental art are falling into decay, drowning in numerous advertisements, collapsing and becoming gloomier and more terrible every day. I consider it important and necessary to talk about this and stop such processes, because art is and should be outside of politics.
