Interactive Application (Game) "Labyrinth of Mafdet"

The game was fully made by me with ActionSctipt code in Adobe Animate.
The game contains labyrinth with hidden riddles and dangers. The goal of the game is to pass the labyrinth also passed all the hidden levels. There are snakes in the labyrinth that can kill the character. The player need to avoid them.
The inspiration for creating this project was the legend of Mafdet who was a goddess associated with the protection of the king’s chambers and other sacred places against venomous animals.
A unique animated logotype is projected and made in Adobe Illustrator
and Adobe After Effects for purposes of the application.
The animated Logotype.
Game UX/UI is made in an ancient Egypt style.
The panels are stylised in Papyrus canvases.
The Game screen contains the labyrinth, the main character,
the enemies and the hidden levels icons.

The main character is made of light colours. The image is influenced by the hieroglyph of Mafdet from the ancient Egyptian wall writing. The shape is excellent for the narrow labyrinths corridors.

The venomous snakes that are the enemies in this game, are made in dark red colours, that symbolise danger. The image is also taken from Egyptian hieroglyphs.

The icons of hidden levels symbolised the thing that is connected with this level (the knife symbol shows us that we need to find the knife on this level and etc.). Egyptian hieroglyphs are also inspiration for the symbols.
There are two hidden levels that the player need to pass to go further.

The time of how fast the player can deal with this games is counting. The faster the player solve the tasks, the bigger amount of scores he will received at the end of the game.
The Win and the Loose screens presents the escape of the character from the labyrinth and the death of the character.

The Win screen shows us the time that we needed for escaping the labyrinth and the scores we gained. The scores are based on how fast the player deal with the hidden levels and the time he needed to pass the game.

We can go to the beginning of the game and play once more or go to main menu.

The screens are made without ornamental frames to make the player feel closer to the moment.
This is a game pitching application that presents the idea of the game and contains
sketch UI and basic code of gaming process.
Here you can see video process of rough game idea presentation.
