This is a series of User Journey Maps that I had to make for a module. The purpose of the lesson was to create a project plan and the deliverables needed over the weeks. The user journey maps were created in PowerPoint. The journey maps follow a template I loosely based it on, with one final combined user journey map.

These are the two Personas that I used to create the user journey maps. I created these simple personas based on what I have gained from researching one of the OCBC banks near my area, and to better visualize how they might react with the services provided by the bank.

These are the user journey maps for each persona's scenario. Since I could not go inside and experience or see how it was like, I can only infer from what I got from the interviews.

This is the Combined User Journey Map. I just put both journeys maps into the same journey map.
