To learn the rules of publishing and magazine layouts. The aim was to create a front cover, double page spread contents page and a four page article with a topic of choice. Choosing the topic of extreme sports, the magazine titled EDGE, exhibits great page layout and formatting, as well as highly developed hierarchy amongst the pages allowing the viewers eyes to navigate leisurely. I successfully created a creative contents page based around the idea of the adrenaline symbol and played upon the idea of movement throughout the piece.
