2019.9.28 Seoul recapture 69th anniversary [BALANCE]
공산군의 불법남침으로 인하여 빼앗겼던 수도 서울을 탈환하여 90일간의 공산세력하에서 신음하던 서울시민을 구출하고, 용감무쌍한 우리의 해병이 중앙청 하늘 높이 태극기를 올렸던 1965년 9월 28일을 기념하는 행사를 진행하였다.
The government recaptured the capital city of Seoul, which had been taken away by the communist military's illegal Invasion from North Korea, and rescued Seoulites who had been moaning under communist forces for 90 days, and held an event to commemorate September 28, 1965, when our brave Marine raised the national flag high in the sky of the central government office.

서울에서의 균형있는 삶이 누구에서부터 비롯되었는가를 물음으로 서울수복의 의미를 표현, 그 의도에 따라 [BALANCE] 라는 타이틀을 선정하였다.
Asked who the balanced life in Seoul originated from, he expressed the meaning of the restoration of Seoul and chose the title "BALANCE" according to its intention.
