Stronger Together is issue 5 of the Nerve Tumours UK bi-annual magazine which updates their community members with the latest news, issues, and special advice. This edition was particularly important as it was a way to directly connect with the Neurofibromatosis (NF) community, which have been heavily impacted due to Covid19 and national lockdowns.

With the cancellation of many of the charities fundraising activities like the London Marathon and the Prudential Ride. The charity had a restricted amount of content compared to normal. I wanted to draw attention to the strength of the community, highlighting ‘The Faces of NF’ to bring people together at this difficult time. The title ‘Stronger Together’ and the portraits of members of the community make up the entirety of the cover page creating a sense of unity and solidarity. Throughout the magazine are graphic illustrations and strong typography to create a fun but informative message throughout the magazine.
