This is an in class project for my Software and Print production class. The brief was to create a magazine (cover and multiple spreads) in InDesign using master pages, paragraph styles, and columns. The spreads are laid out on a twelve columns grid; within the twelve columns, it is further divided into three columns for the article text.

ANTHRO is an anthropology magazine that focuses on the culture and lifestyle First Nation have, as well as their talents when it comes to art. In a sense, they are also designers.
I kept the colours to a minimum (using only yellow and magenta, along with black) because I wanted the focus to be on the images. Even though they are black and white photographs, the quality and the size really brings the eyes to them.

All photographs were taken by me, at the Museum of Anthropology in University of Columbia, Vancouver, BC.
