Cloudy morning for these winter-plumaged cattle egrets (Bubulcus ibis).
Unlike the gray heron (Ardea cinerea) it's smaller, about half, and the same goes for the wingspan.
In general it has a white color which, however, during the breeding season, has instead a more colorful plumage tending to yellow / orange.
Furthermore, always during the breeding season, the coloring of the legs also changes.
