The Disguise
The disguise is a self-explanatory composition of a design that has a woman’s eyes with half of the face covered with a cloth. A lot of times men wear a fake persona over them to prey on a woman or to attract them. When the attraction does not happen from the opposite side it leads to coercion from the man’s side. Misleading another person is not a difficult thing to do but carrying on that disguise is the main task. This composition shows the darkness and gloomy side of the situation where a woman is misled by a man and forced into being physical. The eyes of the woman fearless and challenging, giving the signal, ‘catch me if you can’ which suggests the disguise being carried cannot be caught by anyone. The cynicism is clear in this composition.
