CymaSpeaker

Personal project.

Using the phenomena of cymatics (the visualization of sound through water using light), the CymaSpeaker lets you see the sound that comes out of it. It also creates a reflection of this image in the ceiling.

It has Bluetooth and AUX connections. And includes a dedicated sine wave oscillator to create more simple, purer tones, to create more symmetrical patterns inside the cymatic dish.
