VCSEF is an annual fair organized by the loyal Victorians which aims to help elementary and high school student broaden their fields of knowledge as well as discover new fields of interest in the process of trying to help humanity by innovating new solutions to the problems that it is facing, as well as giving the winners a chance to compete with all the other students in Egypt in the process of gaining the honor to represent Egypt in the international science fair held by intel every year in the united states.
The Project duration shall be a month and a week,
The project will be 3 phases:
-General session phase
-Specialized session phase
-Mentoring Phase
