This is a place where I watched the Vietnamese rice noodle restaurant famous as Seoul's forest gourmet in Korea, and the Vietnamese restaurant Cua, which is located in this alley, is constantly uploading Instagram feeds. As soon as you go, lush green plants catch your eye from the entrance. The handicap of the restaurant in the basement was overcome with an exotic and colorful interior. It is a feast of green tropical plants from the perimeter of the signboard and the entrance to the stairs going down to the basement. Through the greenery, colorful parrot models, rattan lights, and Southeast Asian props harmonize with each other, making it feel like entering a house in a mysterious subtropical forest. It feels like I've already come to Vietnam before I even taste the food. The atmosphere in the small interior is similar. Vietnamese-style tables and chairs, colorful Southeast Asian fabrics, and vintage accessories exude exotic scents.
It's a hotple to wait for 2 to 3 hours on weekends, but thanks to the early lunch on weekdays, I sat in an empty seat without waiting. If there is no seat, it is a system to order and wait for the menu in advance with the kiosk. When they are available, they send a message to their mobile phone.
The pho is good for the generous serving of meat, and the noodle and the thick, oily broth matched well. Personally, Bunja was more satisfying. Salty pork, noodles, and vegetables are put on chopsticks and dipped in a sour sauce.
