Depict the confronting feelings of death and love whilst showcasing the symbol of el Dia de Muertos.

La  Llorona, is a traditional folk Banshee-like ghost, who haunts her lover after having drowned her children. Left crying for her children, she roams the earth foretelling death to those who see her or hear her. (I know right?)

The solution offered was to showcase an iconic colourful Día de muertos skull with touches of black. The dark colours representing the death and pain. The colourful skull representing the unique perception of death, as celebrated by Mexicans.
