Lego Superman toy

In the Industrial design program at Jorge Tadeo Lozano University.

To make the toy possible, some processes were carried out such as Thermoforming of Acrylic Polyethylene to make the toy's hair after making the mold with polyurethane, the head, arms and legs in medium-density fibreboard (MDF) were cut on the band saw and turned on the lathe wood machine, a rubber mold was first made by an injection process followed by the resin introduction into the mold to give the hands shape of tweezers as lego toys have. The cape was made with cotton fabric. The toy was painted piece by piece with an airbrush and finally, the superman logo shield and belt sticker were printed on adhesive vinyl.
