The purpose of this brochure was to promote structured settlements to attorneys.
I bolstered the marketing message of this brochure by doing research and finding a legal case that state income earners who receive funds through a structured settlement are only taxed on the portion they receive in any tax year, not on the entire amount of the settlement.
