Mental health effects since Coronavirus.
 
It's been a long time since we had stepped out from our home, due to this pandemic  covid-19. From last 3 to 4 months people are unable to hangout with friends & family ,also to go to work. Which had created a baby cause - depression from the mother cause coronavirus. It is funny to read such statements but it is a truth, that we humans have certain limitations on the thought of life. This thought process makes us believe that we can stay stucked at a place for only a period of time, and if the time limit extends it can bring major risks. 
We had lived a life where everything had been done as quickly as possible. There was a pace at which this rat racing world worked and our mind adopted it as a normal thing before the Lockdown period, but the pace since last few months has been changed and which disturbed our mind. Mental health is a issue , were a person lose his or her control over their own actions. Also, the situations can become worse if no one is there to help the person to get over it. We need to understand the urgency and importance of making mental health issue to come under limelight. 
The suicidal cases had a great record in past years, and because of current situations it seems like it can create another big record. So we have to become more aware about our mental health as well as about others . Consulting a psychiatrist could help you ,but by taking good care on your own before the situation gets worse, might help you more.
