ABOUT
Elegia is a music magazine that I created for my final project in my Typography 3 class. This is one of the articles featured in Elegia which is written by John Leland. The article discusses the life and death of Genesis P-Orridge. The magazine explores the backgrounds of musicians that have contributed to who they are today. The interviews and features in this issue look into the lives of musicians who are also artists and how these two different skill paths come together. Genesis P-Orridge, has been a provocateur of the human body while being known as the founder of industrial music. Genesis is an icon of identity and has made her entire life making it known that she does not have just one.
